53684e6c7c Add Plaid and SimpleFIN env var stubs to .env.example 
Both commented out — uncomment and fill in when ready to wire up
US bank automation.

b91f0432de Wire Firefly III and importer into Traefik 
Add traefik_proxy network and labels for firefly.jbnel.dev and
import.jbnel.dev with Let's Encrypt TLS. Fix cron to use alpine
with proper crond loop instead of one-shot. Add STATIC_CRON_TOKEN.

a64aab79b9 Add Firefly III compose stack with k8s migration scaffold 
PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7, Firefly III core + data importer, cron container.
Health checks on all services. .env.example documents all variables.
k8s/ directory scaffolded for future migration.
